I was joined by another volunteer this week, Lily. Her homestay is next door to mine, and we’re at the same project.
I have photos of the children at for you. Well, I was talking them anyway. Mr Amos wants me to design a calendar to raise money for the Children’s Centre, so I expect you all to want to buy one for me to bring home for you!!!
Here is a photo of all the children at the school, with me and Lily.

Hey .. it looks like you are settling well. I am back at uni now which has been stimulating , though a little challenging . still we got a free lunch every day last week which made it worth it.Now i am trying to start my first assigmnent which i keep making excuses not to start . the bathrooms are nice and clean as a consequence..even ironing is begining to look attractive! Chris is home doing jury duty at the mo which has been a waste of his time really . still we have cheered him up with regular input of french wine, and a few matches on the wii fit . I actually beat him at 100 pins last night - result .Oh and I have made some fab plum jam with mini plums from the garden..yum. Such is my exciting life!I am amused that you can't take many photos , must be like having therapy! love and hugs , karenxx
